Mia Mary Sebastian

Mia Mary Sebastian serves as the Group Chief Business Development and External Relations Officer at CITADEL Pacific Ltd. since February 2022, leading mergers and acquisitions and sustainability initiatives. Alongside this role, Mia teaches International Project Finance at the University of the Philippines and previously held the position of Deputy Executive Director at the Public-Private Partnership Center from 2015 to 2022, where substantial growth in public-private partnership projects was achieved. With a solid background in legal counsel and project analysis at various organizations including BDO Unibank and leading law firms, Mia has extensive experience in corporate law, transaction advisory, and infrastructure financing. Educational qualifications include an MBA from London Business School and a Master’s Certificate in Sustainable Infrastructure Development and Finance from Schulich School of Business.
