Aidan Hsu

Aidan Hsu has an extensive work history in the financial industry. Aidan began their career in 2001 as a Corporate Strategy Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where they stayed until 2003. In 2004, they joined Susquehanna International Group as an Equity Derivatives Trader and ETF Market Maker, holding this position until 2009. Aidan then moved to Liquid Capital Group, where they served as the Head of ETF trading from 2009 to 2011. Aidan then joined Credit Suisse as the European Head of ETF Trading from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they joined KCG Holdings, Inc. as the Managing Director and European Head of ETFs and Equities, where they remained until 2016. Aidan then joined Jump Trading LLC as a Trader from 2016 to 2020. Their most recent position is at Citadel Securities, where they first served as the Head of Systematic Futures & Equities Trading in the EU from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Aidan holds the position of Head of Systematic Trading - International (EMEA & APAC) at Citadel Securities.

Aidan Hsu has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics & Finance from University College Dublin. Aidan also has a Higher Diploma in Computer Science from the same university. Aidan obtained their BSc degree from 1998 to 2001, and their HDip degree from 2003 to 2004.
