Alec Campagna

Alec Campagna is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition and engineering management. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Citadel Securities since November 2024, Alec previously held the role of Talent Acquisition Lead at Stepful from April 2024 to November 2024. A significant portion of Alec's career was spent at Google from May 2015 to November 2023, progressing through various roles including Recruiting Lead, Engineering Management Recruiter, Cloud Sourcing Lead, Software Engineering Sourcing Lead, and Technical Sourcer. Prior experience includes roles at Oracle as Account Manager II and Account Manager in Customer Experience Applications from July 2013 to April 2015. Alec holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Hispanic Studies from Boston College, complemented by studies at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
