Emma also gained experience as a Digital Talent Recruiter at Xogito Group, Inc, where they focused on full-cycle tech recruitment and expanding the company's presence globally. Emma started their career as a Junior Recruitment Consultant at Trenkwalder Romania, where they gained initial recruitment experience and eventually focused on local IT clients. Emma Petruca attended the West University of Timisoara from 2009 to 2012, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
