Connor Shu

Connor Shu started their work experience as a Software Engineer Intern at IBM in 2018. In the same year, they also worked as a Research Assistant at Portland State University. In 2019, they worked as a Chemistry Lab Technician at Portland Community College. Connor then joined the University of Pennsylvania in 2021, where they held multiple roles including Operations Assistant, Teaching Assistant, and Research Assistant. In 2023, they became a Quantitative Research Intern at Citadel Securities.

Connor Shu attended Sunset High School from 2016 to 2020. After completing high school, they enrolled at the University of Pennsylvania in 2020. Connor pursued a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) degree with a focus on Computer Science, which they completed in 2024. In addition to their BSE, they also earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mathematics from the same university. Furthermore, Connor furthered their education at the University of Pennsylvania by pursuing a Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) degree in Systems Engineering, from 2022 to 2024.
