Ian Straussman

Ian Straussman has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Ian started their career at Intersect Fund in 2015 as a Lending Analyst and worked there until 2017. In 2017, they had a summer internship at McKinsey & Company as a Summer Business Analyst. Ian then joined The Hilltop MicroFinance Initiative as the Chief Financial Officer from 2014 to 2017. In 2018, Ian became a Clinical Transformation Analyst at Midwest Health Collaborative for a brief period of 6 months. Simultaneously, they started working at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Business Analyst, where they stayed until 2021. In 2021, they joined Vareto as the Chief of Staff, holding the position until 2023. Currently, they are working at Citadel Securities as an Associate in the Office of the CEO.

Ian Straussman pursued their education at Georgetown University from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Operations & Information Management. In 2016, they also had the opportunity to attend the University of Oxford for a summer program at Trinity College, focusing on International Finance & Comparative Strategic Management.
