Jeff Maurone

Jeff Maurone has extensive work experience in the technology sector. Jeff is currently the Managing Director & COO of Technology and Low Latency at Citadel Securities, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Director & COO of Technology from December 2020 to December 2022, and as the Senior Vice President & COO of Technology from April 2019 to December 2020 at the same company.

Before joining Citadel Securities, Maurone worked at McKinsey & Company from 2012 to 2019. During their time at McKinsey, they held various roles including General Manager of Watchtower, where they oversaw the integration of product development, design, strategy, business development, sales, and marketing. Jeff also served as an Associate Partner, helping technology and IT organizations build digital products and businesses. Prior to that, they worked as an Engagement Manager and an Associate.

Maurone's experience also includes working at Amazon.com as a Product Manager (MBA Intern) in 2011 and at Microsoft from 2005 to 2010. At Microsoft, they held the position of Product Manager and head of mobile product management for MSNBC, where they had P&L responsibility for the MSNBC and NBC News mobile business. Jeff also served as a Program Manager for Windows Vista.

Throughout their career, Maurone has demonstrated expertise in technology, product management, business development, and strategy.

Jeff Maurone completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science at Villanova University from 2001 to 2005. Jeff then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management at Columbia Business School from 2010 to 2012.
