Lindsey Tsukiyama has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They started their career at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., where they held various roles such as Welcome Agent, Complex Business Travel Sales Coordinator, Business Travel Sales Manager, and Group Sales Manager. In these positions, they excelled in managing accounts and exceeding individual goals. Lindsey also served as a Complex Director of Six Sigma and later an Area Director of Six Sigma, where they led innovative business process improvements and managed Green Belt resources across multiple properties and states.

Following their time at Starwood, Lindsey joined Marriott International as a Senior Manager of Change Management & Communications - Americas. They played a crucial role in establishing a new change, strategy execution, and communications capability and provided support for ongoing transformation initiatives within the organization. Lindsey later became the Director of Change Management & Communications - Americas, leading a high-performing change management team and providing support for various transformation initiatives.

After their tenure at Marriott, Lindsey joined Convene as the Regional Director of Operations. In this role, they contributed to the design and servicing of premium workspaces, meeting rooms, and event spaces.

Most recently, Lindsey joined Citadel as the Head of Hospitality, responsible for overseeing travel, in-office food and beverage, office services, and meeting and events for a global portfolio of offices. They also led COVID-19 safety protocol operations to ensure a safe in-office environment with zero cases of in-office transmission.

Throughout their career, Lindsey has demonstrated strong leadership skills, effective change management capabilities, and a commitment to achieving measurable results.

Lindsey Tsukiyama obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt in May 2012 and Six Sigma Black Belt in August 2015 from Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc.
