Mark Speranza

Mark Speranza has over 14 years of work experience in the field of recruiting. Mark is currently serving as the Head of Tech Recruiting, APAC at Citadel Securities since February 2023. Prior to that, Mark worked at Meta as a Recruiting Manager from January 2020 to February 2023. Mark also held the position of Executive Director, Head of Engineering Recruitment, APAC at Goldman Sachs from April 2018 to January 2020. Before joining Goldman Sachs, Mark worked at Facebook as the Technical Recruiting Lead, Engineering from September 2014 to March 2018. Prior to that, they served as a Recruiter, Americas & APAC at Moody's Corporation from June 2011 to September 2014. Mark's early career includes work as an Associate Recruiter at Medco Health Solutions from March 2008 to June 2011.

Mark Speranza attended Pace University-Pleasantville/Briarcliff Campus from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
