Romel Baral

Romel Baral has recently joined Citadel Securities as a Research Data Engineer in June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Goldman Sachs from 2015 to 2019. At Goldman Sachs, they held various roles including Algorithmic Trading Associate from January 2019 to August 2019, Algorithmic Trading Analyst from October 2017 to December 2018, and Trading Platform Analyst from June 2015 to September 2017.

Romel Baral completed their Master of Science degree in Computational Biology at Carnegie Mellon University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mathematics and Computing at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati from 2011 to 2015.
