Ruidi Cao

Ruidi Cao is a skilled quantitative trader with extensive experience in the finance industry, currently employed at Citadel Securities since 2025. Prior experience includes a role as a quantitative trader at Five Rings from 2022 to 2024, and positions as a teaching assistant and researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from September 2020 to May 2022. Ruidi Cao also completed a quantitative trading internship at Jane Street during the summer of 2020.
