Srinjoy Ganguly

Srinjoy Ganguly has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Srinjoy is currently working as a Systematic Trader at Citadel Securities since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Quant Trader at Edelweiss Financial Services from October 2019 to July 2022. Srinjoy also worked as a Researcher at WorldQuant from February 2019 to October 2019, where their role involved building alphas and conducting research in Delta 1. Before that, they were an Associate Consultant at Intueri Consulting LLP from November 2018 to February 2019. Srinjoy gained valuable experience as an Associate at Deutsche Bank from May 2016 to September 2018. Additionally, they had pro bono consulting experience in a social entrepreneurship start-up from December 2015 to January 2016. Srinjoy also worked as a Student Team Member at InsideIIM.com from March 2015 to January 2016, where they were responsible for enhancing the platform's outreach. Prior to that, they had a summer role as a Quantitative Strategist at Goldman Sachs in 2015, where they underwent rotations in Securities Lending & Client Funding. Srinjoy also worked as a Student Consultant for a project at GladMinds Technologies Pvt Ltd from December 2014 to March 2015. Srinjoy started their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Jadavpur University from November 2011 to April 2014.

Srinjoy Ganguly completed their education in a chronological order. Srinjoy started with their primary and secondary education at Calcutta Boys' School, where they completed Class XII (ISC) and Class X (ICSE) in the field of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & Computer Science.

Srinjoy then pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Jadavpur University, which they completed from 2010 to 2014. Following that, they attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained an MBA degree in General Management.

In addition to their formal education, Srinjoy Ganguly also obtained additional certifications. Srinjoy earned the Financial Risk Management (FRM) certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) in April 2018. Srinjoy further obtained the NISM Series 13 and NISM Series 7 certifications from the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) in November 2019.
