Zhengkai Wu

Zhengkai Wu's work experience includes a role as a Quantitative Researcher at Citadel Securities starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from August 2016 to December 2022. Zhengkai also worked as an Applied Researcher at eBay from August 2020 to June 2021. Zhengkai Wu has interned at several companies, including Microsoft in 2019, where they worked on synthesizing visualization API calls from natural language input, and Google in 2018 and 2017, where they worked on software engineering projects and improving Android compiler performance. Zhengkai had a prior software engineering internship at Google in 2015 as well.

Zhengkai Wu began their education journey in 2012 at Peking University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science. Zhengkai completed their undergraduate studies in 2016. Zhengkai Wu then went on to further their education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, starting in 2016. Zhengkai worked towards a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Computer Science during their time there and is expected to complete their studies in 2022.
