Ali Plutnicki

Ali Plutnicki is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in quantitative research recruiting and technical sourcing. Currently, Ali is responsible for sourcing PhD students for intern and full-time quantitative researcher roles at Citadel and Citadel Securities since January 2023. Previously, Ali served as a Senior Technical Sourcer at Stripe, where recruitment focused on staff engineering talent in North America and globally, while also managing full-cycle recruitment and executive recruiting. At Google, Ali excelled in recruiting senior software engineering talent for several high-profile product areas, achieving remarkable performance metrics and mentoring fellow sourcers. Ali's earlier roles included account management and business development at Oracle, branding experience at &pizza, and contracts assistance at Scholastic. Ali holds a BSBA in Finance and Management from Georgetown University and participated in a study abroad program at University College Dublin.
