Andru Wall

Andru Wall is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Chief Technology Counsel at Citadel since November 2023, where responsibilities include leading global legal initiatives in AI, cybersecurity, privacy, data protection, and insider threat. Prior to this role, Wall was Director and Associate General Counsel for Privacy at Meta from September 2021 to November 2023, where a global privacy incident management program was developed alongside innovative software and machine learning solutions. Wall's earlier experience at Facebook as Associate General Counsel for Privacy and at USAA as Senior Cyber, Privacy, and Data Attorney involved senior legal advisory roles in cybersecurity, digital law, and information governance. Additionally, Wall served as Deputy General Counsel for the US Forces Afghanistan & NATO Resolute Support Mission, leading a legal team and advising on international and US national security law. Wall holds an LLM in International Finance from Harvard Law School and a J.D. from North Carolina Central University.
