Prior experience includes working as a Compensation, Benefits & HRIS Assistant with the National Association of REALTORS® and as Leadership Nomination Committee Chairwoman for Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women. Carter also has experience in benefits administration and data management from intern positions and has developed mediation skills through certified training in restorative justice. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from DePauw University, complemented by experiences at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and La Trobe University.
