Cynthia Ding

Cynthia Ding currently serves as a Quantitative Research Engineer at Citadel since August 2023, focusing on GQS Core Data. Previously, Cynthia gained valuable experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Meta in the Facebook AI Research Computer Vision division and as a Quantitative Research Engineer Intern at Citadel. Earlier roles include Software Engineer Intern positions at Facebook, Zynga, and Microsoft, as well as participation in VEX Robotics, where Cynthia designed award-winning robots and collaborated internationally. In 2016, Cynthia was a SHAD Fellow, where notable achievements included engineering an organic preservative and developing a financial strategy for an award-winning business proposal. Cynthia obtained a Bachelor of Software Engineering from the University of Waterloo from 2018 to 2023.
