Daven Gahir

Daven Gahir has extensive experience in risk engineering and development, currently serving as Head of QD at Citadel since March 2015, leading the creation of next-generation risk infrastructure. Prior roles at Citadel include Head of Risk and PnL Infrastructure for Global Fixed Income and Team Lead, where responsibilities encompassed developing risk and portfolio infrastructure and tools for the Global Fixed Income business. Daven began a career at Morgan Stanley from February 2010 to March 2015 as an Associate, focusing on UI and server-side applications for listed sales and trading. Daven holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Imperial College London, obtained in 2009.
