Isaac Chang is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in trading and market strategy, currently serving as the Head of Central Trading and Market Strategy for Fixed Income and Macro at Citadel since September 2020. Prior to this role, Chang was the Head of Trading at AQR Capital Management from June 2016 to June 2020, and Global Head of FICC at KCG Holdings, Inc. from August 2011 to April 2016. Chang also held the position of Managing Director at Goldman Sachs for over a decade, specializing in US Interest Rates Products Trading, and began a career as an Analyst in the Portfolio Analytics Group at BlackRock from 1995 to 1997. Isaac Chang holds an MBA in Finance and Statistics from NYU Stern School of Business and a BSE in Computer Science from Princeton University.
