Katherine F. Goulding

Katherine F. Goulding serves as the Head of Learning & Development for Citadel and Citadel Securities since February 2022, following a notable tenure at Goldman Sachs from July 2008 to February 2022, where roles included Vice President of Human Capital Management and Global Head of Inclusion Learning among others. In addition to experience as an Executive Coach since August 2012 across various organizations, Katherine has expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and has held leadership positions in investment banking learning and talent consulting. Previously, Katherine was a Marketing Executive at bit10 ltd. from 2006 to 2007. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Warwick and an ILM Level 7 Accreditation in Executive Coaching from the Office of Public Management.
