Nicholas Sahadi

Nicholas Sahadi has extensive experience in compliance roles within the financial services industry, currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer for Citadel since June 2024. Prior to this, Nicholas held the position of Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer at HSBC Global Banking and Markets from January 2018 to May 2024, where Nicholas also led Markets Compliance for the Americas. Nicholas's career includes significant roles such as Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald, Head of Compliance at Direct Edge, and Director of Equities Compliance at Barclays Capital. Nicholas has a strong educational background with an MBA in Finance, Management, and Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in International Economics from Georgetown University. Additionally, Nicholas has pursued studies at The London School of Economics and earned a language proficiency certificate in Spanish from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador.
