Rock Khanna

Rock Khanna is Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at Citadel. He leads strategic and transformational initiatives that seek to accelerate the business forward.

Prior to joining Citadel, Rock was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he co-led the firm’s marketing and sales practice and served on the North American operating committee. During his more than two decades at McKinsey, Rock led the global launch and scaling of the firm’s capabilities in data science and analytical services and helped build the firm’s technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) practice.

Rock is a member of the board of trustees for the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum. He received a bachelor’s degree in public policy with distinction and Phi Beta Kappa from Stanford University, an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a JD with distinction from Stanford Law School.
