Ivo Ansbergs

Ivo Ansbergs has extensive experience in human resources, communication, and project management across various industries. Since August 2017, Ivo has held several roles at Citadele banka, including Culture Transformation Lead in both Human Resources and the Transformation Office, where responsibilities included sustainable implementation of the Peero app and serving as a company internal climate specialist. Prior experience includes positions at Worldline Latvia as a Customer Service Supervisor and at First Data Corporation as a Senior Contact Centre representative. Ivo's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Latvia and a Bachelor's in International Economic Relations from Latvijas Universitate, complemented by earlier studies at Talsi Secondary School No 2.
