Joanna Wood

Joanna Wood is a seasoned professional in contact centre operations, currently serving as the Director of Contact Centre at Citation Professional Solutions since June 2013. With a robust background in the industry, Joanna has also held the position of Head of Outbound Telephony at Barclays UK for a year and led the contact centre at Yell for over a decade. Joanna holds a BA Hons degree in Sociology from the University of Northampton, completed in 2003.
