David Rowlands

David Rowlands possesses extensive experience in advisory and management roles, currently serving as an Advisor at CITB since July 2016. Prior to this position, David held the title of Employment Manager at Groundwork from February 2010 to July 2016 and worked as a Research Assistant at Hassall Gill Robinson from 2006 to 2010. David's career began as a Recruitment Consultant at MBC Services, where employment spanned from February 2002 to April 2006. David completed education at Sandbach School, attending from 1989 to 1996.
