Dawn Hillier

Dawn Hillier has a range of work experience in the qualifications and skills development sector. Dawn started their career as a Technical Consultant at Miller West Limited in 2001 and worked there until 2004. From 2004 to 2012, they served as a Products and Services Manager at Cogent Sector Skills Council. In 2012, they became the Head of Qualifications at Creative & Cultural Skills, where they managed the qualifications team and oversaw various standards, qualifications, and apprenticeship development projects. Since 2016, they have been working as the Standards and Qualifications Operations Manager at CITB.

Dawn Hillier started their education journey at St. Ivo School in Cambridgeshire in 1991, where they completed their secondary education. Dawn then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Law and Criminology at Keele University from 1998 to 2001.
