Jenny Wells

Change Manager at CITB

Jenny Wells has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jenny started their career at Tesco Stores Ltd in 1988, where they worked as an IT Project Manager and later as a Computer Operations Shift Manager. In 2002, they joined Saudi Aramco, where they held multiple roles including IT Planner and special projects, Business Process Improvement Consultant, and IT planning and performance management. During their time at Saudi Aramco, they worked directly with the IT VP, focusing on strategic alignment and benefits realization. Jenny also gained expertise in workshop design and execution, and trained and mentored the next generation of corporate facilitators. In 2022, they worked at the Associated British Foods IT Shared Service Centre as a Continuous Improvement Analyst. Currently, Jenny is employed as a Change Manager at CITB, where they utilize their expertise in business analysis, requirements development, and solutions design to align changes within the organization to ICT and business plans. Jenny also focuses on ensuring employee adoption of change through the application of a change framework.

Jenny Wells completed their MBA Distinction in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a HND degree in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire from 1984 to 1987.

In terms of additional certifications, Jenny obtained the Certified Professional Facilitator certification from the IAF in March 2012. In February 2010, they obtained the ITIL Expert certification. In 2008, they obtained the ITIL V2 Manager certification from EXIN and the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Additionally, Jenny has obtained the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, but details regarding the institution and the year are unknown.
