Susanne Altpeter

Susanne Altpeter is an experienced Senior Change Manager currently working at Auckland Council since August 2025, following a role as Change and People Workstream Lead at Auckland Transport from January 2024 to July 2025. With a background in strategic change management across various sectors, Susanne has held significant positions at ANZ, Air New Zealand, New Zealand Post, AIA, Bank of New Zealand, and The University of Auckland, contributing to large-scale transformation programs and stakeholder engagement efforts.
