Kevin Urquhart

Kevin Urquhart possesses extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as the Construction Director for Barratt North Scotland & David Wilson North Scotland since July 2017, and as a National Council Member for CITB in Scotland since September 2021. With a career spanning from 1995 to the present at Barratt and David Wilson Homes North Scotland in various managerial roles, Kevin has demonstrated expertise in construction management, effectively leading teams and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Additionally, Kevin has a background in pipe bands, having served as Pipe Sergeant for Portlethen and District Pipeband and Turriff and District Pipeband. Kevin holds multiple qualifications, including Chartered Construction Manager from the Chartered Institute of Building and NVQ levels 3, 4, and 5 in Construction Management, along with an HNC in Construction Management from Aberdeen College.
