Matt Valentine-Pyle has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matt'smost recent role is as the Head of Technology and Change at CITB, starting in May 2021.

Prior to joining CITB, Matt worked at 3FOUR1 Ltd from 2017 to 2021, where they held multiple roles including Director and Assignment: Change Lead / Head of Change Management (CITB). In these positions, they were responsible for leading change managers, delivering change strategies, and implementing transformation initiatives for CITB's target operating model.

Before their time at 3FOUR1 Ltd, Matt served as the MI and HR Systems Manager at Kier Group from 2014 to 2017. Matt led a team of analysts and consultants, implemented new technologies, and supported the transition between payroll software.

Matt's earlier experience includes various roles at CITB from 2004 to 2014. Matt served as the Head of Product Management, Systems and Training, leading the development of recruitment strategies and diversity initiatives. Matt also managed apprenticeship programs and delivered efficiency programs to generate savings.

Additionally, Matt worked at AMP from 1999 to 2004 as a Customer Services Project Manager. Matt played a key role in the demerger of the company's businesses, managed organizational change programs, and implemented cost-saving solutions.

Throughout their career, Matt has demonstrated expertise in change management, project delivery, and strategic leadership.

Matt Valentine-Pyle completed their education at Peterborough Regional College, where they obtained a Diploma in Sports Coaching and Leadership from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they attended Prince William School from 1986 to 1991.
