Richard Bullock

Richard Bullock has over 19 years of work experience in the construction industry. Richard currently works at CITB as the Head of Careers Products since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Bridgwater & Taunton College for several roles including Infrastructure Skills Manager from August 2019 to November 2022, Curriculum Manager - Construction Trades from September 2015 to August 2019, Programme Manager - Brickwork & Internal Trades from September 2014 to September 2015, and Lecturer - Bricklaying from September 2013 to September 2014. Richard also served as a T Level Panel Member at the Department for Education from November 2017 to May 2019. Prior to their career in education, Richard worked as a Bricklayer, Stonemason, and in Construction Operations from January 2003 to June 2013.

Richard Bullock attended Sheffield Hallam University from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a BA Hons in Management and Professional Practice. In 2019, they also studied at Bridgwater & Taunton College and received a degree in Leading Internal Quality Assurance, focusing on Quality Assurance in Education & Training. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2018, Richard completed a Level 4 Award in Internal Quality Assurance at Bridgwater & Taunton College, specializing in Quality Assurance. In 2015 and 2016, they pursued a Level 3 Assessing Vocational Achievement Certificate at the same college, concentrating on Vocational Assessment. In 2013 and 2014, Richard completed a Level 5 Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector, with a focus on Education. Richard'seducational history also includes a NVQ 3 Trowel Occupations from Bridgwater & Taunton College in 2009 and an Apprenticeship in Brickwork and Trowel Occupations - Level 2 NVQ & Intermediate Construction Award from 2003 to 2005.
