Kristan Spear, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Kristan is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at Citizens Bank. Previously, they held the position of First Vice President & Tri-Cities Market Manager at New Peoples Bank, Inc. Kristan also served as the President & CEO of the United Way of East TN Highlands, where they focused on improving the community's conditions through collaboration across sectors. Additionally, Kristan has worked as a Market Executive at First Citizens Bank and as an Adjunct Professor at East Tennessee State University. Kristan has held various roles at Regions Bank, including Vice President & Consumer Banking Manager, Vice President & Commercial Relationship Manager, and Vice President & Branch Manager. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Assistant Vice President & Consumer Relationship Manager at TriSummit Bank and as an Assistant Vice President at First Tennessee Bank. Kristan began their career as a Retail Assistant Manager at Cracker Barrel, where they were responsible for daily operations and employee training.

Kristan Spear, MBA, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership at East Tennessee State University from 2004 to 2008. Kristan then pursued their Masters in Business Administration at King University from 2011 to 2012.
