Ariel Nacson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2011, Ariel began as a Masters Student at NSSR, where they pursued their education until 2013. Following this, Ariel worked as a Research Assistant at J.A.C.S. from June 2013 to October 2013, where they implemented a system to track client progress and maintained ongoing communication. In 2014, Ariel founded Neurostart Inc., serving as the President and Founder for seven months. During this time, they established the company before moving on. In the same year, Ariel joined Cambridge Global Payments as a Junior Business Analyst from July 2014 to January 2016, and later became a Business Analyst from January 2016 to August 2016. In 2016, Ariel took on a Project Manager role at meshMD Inc., contributing until September 2018. From November 2016 to December 2020, Ariel served as the Chief Operating Officer at CiteRight, a position they held for four years. Since January 2021, Ariel has taken on the role of Chief Customer Officer at CiteRight.

Ariel Nacson completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Yeshiva University from 2007 to 2011. Following this, they pursued further education at NSSR, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Clinical and Research Psychology from 2011 to 2013.
