Aldo R. Alvarez Alvarez

Aldo R. Alvarez Alvarez is currently the Head of UX at Digital Wealth for Citibanamex, where responsibilities include shaping the UX strategy and ensuring adherence to user-centered design principles. Aldo also serves as a professor in innovation and design at Collective Academy and has held various significant roles, including Associate Design Director at McKinsey & Company and frog, Lead Service Designer at Globant, and Service Design Lead Manager at Walmart. Additional academic involvement includes teaching in service innovation at ICON University and project implementation at Crehana. Aldo holds a degree in Educational Psychology from Instituto Politécnico Nacional, completed between 2010 and 2013.
