Mariana Miranda

Mariana Miranda is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in capital markets, corporate law, M&A, and regulatory matters. Currently serving as a Senior Legal Manager at América Móvil since April 2021, Mariana also holds the position of Senior Counsel at Citibanamex since October 2018. Previous experience includes serving as Corporate Counsel at General Electric from August 2014 to July 2016, where responsibilities encompassed M&A projects, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, Mariana worked as an Associate at Nader, Hayaux & Goebel from August 2011 to August 2014, focusing on foreign investments and corporate governance. Mariana holds a Certified degree in Corporate Law from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidad Tecnológica de México.
