Arantxa López Baz

Arantxa López Baz has a long history of work experience, starting in 2000 at ONO as Service Excellence Manager and Project Manager, where they were responsible for customer expectations definition and business process improvement projects. In 2008, they moved to HyC as Program Manager. From 2010 to 2019, they worked at Ericsson as Program Director and Program Manager. In 2019, they moved to Globalia as PMO Manager. Currently, they are Projects, Processes, and Systems Director at Citibox.

Arantxa López Baz obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Salamanca and École de Commerce de Dijon between 1993 and 1998. Arantxa then went on to complete an Executive MBA from Escuela de Organización Industrial in 2006-2007. Additionally, they hold a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
