Juan Ruiz

Juan Ruiz has worked in a variety of roles in the Proptech, Real Estate, and Construction industries. In 2019, they began working with Proptech in Spain as a Manager Advisor, where they collaborated on content for the website, advised as an external expert, and supervised the content of other collaborators. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Real Estate Business Development Manager for CITIBOX - smart services, where they led, created, and consolidated a portfolio of clients in the real estate sector. In 2015, they joined Engel & Völkers as a Consultant in the Investment Division, where they created, managed, and closed the two largest real estate operations in the company's history. In 2014, they were a Director of Commercial/Development Manager for Ayalto, a project management and architectural engineering company specializing in the hotel and geriatric sectors. From 2005 to 2014, they worked at PGR, a major industrial painting application company, as a Director of the Central Zone, where they supervised and made decisions for a team of 30 people, developed and maintained a portfolio of clients, and managed purchasing processes.

Juan Ruiz holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IDE-CESEM and a DERECHO from UCLM.
