Paloma Carrasco Laguna

Paloma Carrasco Laguna has worked in various roles across the supply chain and operations sectors since 2008. Paloma began their career at Deloitte as a Consultor and Scholarship, before being promoted to Consultor Senior in 2008. During their time at Deloitte, they were responsible for analyzing strategic processes and proposing improvement, as well as optimizing and reengineering processes. In 2014, Paloma moved to MAXAM as an Industrial Footprint Manager, where they were responsible for all industrial Footprint, helping MAXAM to have a 360° vision including distribution, industrial strategy and sales. Paloma was also responsible for tracking production loading for more than 80 factories worldwide. In 2020, Paloma moved to Citibox as Supply Chain Director and Purchasing & Supply Chain Director & Devices Lead. In their role as Purchasing & Supply Chain Director, they were responsible for creating the department and implementing Best Practices and demand management processes. As Devices Lead, they led a multidisciplinary team of more than 15 people.

Paloma Carrasco Laguna completed an Executive MBA at EAE Business School between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they obtained an Industrial Organization Engineering degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas between 2007 and 2009, and a Computer Engineering degree from the same university between 2002 and 2008, with a focus on Gestión Empresarial.
