Xabier Turrillas Pérez has over 20 years of experience in human resources and related fields. Xabier began their career in 2000 as a Human Resources Technician at IBERMÁTICA S.A. In 2002, they moved to BELLOTA HERRAMIENTAS S.A. as a Human Resources Technician. In 2003, they worked as a Secretary of Direction at ATAM - Asociación de Telefónica para Asistencia a Minusválidos. In 2006, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at JAZZTEL and a Consultor of Human Resources at START PEOPLE ETT. In 2007, they became the Director of Delegation ETT at ALLBECON-OLYMPIA. In 2009, they worked as a Coordinator in the Academic Area of Postgraduate and People Development at CESMA BUSINESS SCHOOL. In 2015, they worked as an Adviser of Formation at ESCUELA DE NEGOCIOS Y DIRECCIÓN (ENyD) - UNIVERSIDAD EUROPEA MIGUEL DE CERVANTES (UEMC). Finally, in 2016, they worked as an HR Technician at People Team at CITIBOX - smart services.

Xabier Turrillas Pérez attended Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea from 1995 to 2001, where they obtained a Licenciatura in Psicología. Xabier then went on to earn a Master in Dirección de Recursos Humanos y Relaciones Laborales from the same university from 2001 to 2002. In 2009, they earned a Técnico de Formación from CESMA BUSINESS SCHOOL. In 2013, they obtained a Gestión Laboral y soporte informático NominaPlus from DISCOVERY FORMACIÓN. Lastly, in 2018, they attended MORGAN PHILIPS HUDSON TALENT CONSULTING for a Taller de Especialización: Dominando la Entrevista por Competencias.
