Juncai Li possesses extensive experience in the mining industry, currently serving as Superintendent Geotech & Hydrogeology, Principal Geotechnical Engineer, and Manager of Resource Development Department at CITIC Pacific Mining since November 2007. Responsibilities include exploration drilling, geological database management, resource estimation, and long-term mine design strategies. Previous roles include Project Manager at CITIC Pacific Mineral Resource Beijing Office and various positions at Shougang Group Mineral Resource Office and Ansteel Mining Company, ranging from Senior Mining Engineer to Professor of Mining Engineering. Juncai Li holds a PhD in Mine Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology Beijing, a Master's degree from Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Science and Technology Liaoning.
