JUNHE LIN is a Senior Process Engineer at CITIC Pacific Mining since November 2022, previously serving as a Senior Production Engineer at Karara Mining Ltd from December 2013 to October 2022. At Karara Mining, JUNHE focused on plant commissioning, ore characterisation research, and optimization of new reagents and consumables, alongside budget planning and developing an Excel-based Metallurgical Accounting system. Prior to this, JUNHE was a Production Area Manager/Senior Production Engineer at Angang Steel Co., Ltd from July 1996 to December 2013, overseeing concentrator production management, process optimization, safety and environment management, and laboratory management. JUNHE began the career as a Processing Engineer/Production Coordinator, managing day-to-day production performance and facilitating workflow among various departments. JUNHE holds a Bachelor's degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Northeastern University in China.
