Rob Johnston is an experienced professional in the field of information systems and project management, currently serving as Manager IS Solutions Delivery and Programme and Project Manager at CITIC Pacific Mining since December 2016, where key responsibilities include overseeing a major digital transformation programme for mining operations. Previously, Rob owned Monach Software from January 2005 to December 2017, assisting local businesses with IT process improvements, data analysis, and bespoke software development. Additional roles include Project Manager at Roy Hill for rail applications, and various ICT consulting positions at Rio Tinto, Silver Chain, and other organizations. Rob holds a Master of Science in Machine Learning from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Post Graduate Certificate in Data Science and Machine Learning from Harvard University, and a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Strathclyde.
