Brook Wong

Mr. Brook Wong was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of CITIC Telecom International CPC Limited (“CPC”) and the President of China Enterprise ICT Solutions Limited (“China Entercom”, “CEC”) with effect from 1 February 2022.

He was most recently a Vice President of CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited (“CITIC Telecom”) and was also a Director of CEC.Mr. Wong obtained a Bachelor degree of Telecom Engineering Management from Beijing Information Technology College and a Master degree of Engineering Management from Sichuan University. Before joining CITIC Telecom, Mr. Wong was the General Manager of operations management department of China Netcom (Hong Kong) Operations Limited. He has over 25 years of leadership roles with various telecommunications and technology companies in the PRC. Mr. Wong has been appointed as Vice President of CITIC Telecom since 2012, overseeing China business. After more than a decade of hard work, Mr. Wong has held significant roles in shaping the market share growth of CITIC Telecom in China by deepening partnership with operators in China, building mutual trust and achieving win-win result to develop a long-term relationship, laying a strong foundation for the future development of the company.
