Chas Bradfield

Chas Bradfield is an experienced consultant currently at Citicentric, specializing in property investment and development consultancy since May 2021. In addition, Chas serves as Chairman of the Board of Governors at Crosfields School, overseeing a leading co-educational institution, and has held the position of Director at Bradfield Solutions Limited from 2012 to 2024. Previous roles include Strategic Director - Place at Winchester City Council, where Chas led sustainable development initiatives, and Head of Borough Development and Implementation at Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, focusing on urban regeneration and community development. Chas also contributed as an Associate Lecturer at The Open University and held various leadership roles in local councils. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Leadership and Management from the University of Reading and an MSc in Environmental Pollution Science from Brunel University of London, among others.
