Ulrike Nischan

Ulrike “Ulli” Nischan is Senior Associate, Research and Evaluation at the CFE Fund. Previously, Ulrike served as Assistant Director of Policy and Research at the New York City Department of Consumer and Worker Protection’s Office of Financial Empowerment. Before her time in the city government, Ulrike worked as a policy researcher at the International Food Policy Research Institute. She is a proud community college graduate (College of Lake County) and holds a BA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a MIPA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an MS in Agricultural and Applied Economics from Virginia Tech.
