Aaron Robacker

Aaron Robacker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Citi, where since March 1998, Aaron has held various leadership positions culminating in the role of Director, overseeing Policy Governance for Personal Banking & Wealth Management. Accountable for driving the enterprise-wide Policy Framework Transformation within PBWM, Aaron manages policy documentation across business lines. Previous roles include Senior Vice President, where responsibilities encompassed technology and information security policy governance, regulatory change management, and IT risk management. Aaron also served as Vice President, leading multiple information security programs, and as Assistant Vice President, managing large-scale technology rollouts across the United States. Prior to Citi, Aaron worked as an Installation Coordinator at ADP. Aaron holds a BA in Psychology from Villanova University and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University.
