Abisola Barber Sherwood

Abisola Barber Sherwood, CMgr CCMI, currently serves as Director and Global Head of Programs in AML Prevention at Citi, with additional roles including Director for Social Media Compliance Program Lead and Global Head of Thematic Risk. Since February 2020, Abisola Barber has been an Independent Board Member for the University Council and an Advisory Board Member for the School for Business & Society at the University of York. As a Professional Development Consultant and University Guest Lecturer since January 2015, Abisola Barber brings extensive experience from previous roles at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank, Google, and other financial institutions. Abisola Barber holds a Master’s Degree in International Public Policy from UCL and a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of York.
