Alex Cook

Alex Cook is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector and risk management. Currently serving as a Director at Citi since March 2020, Alex specializes in REITs and homebuilders, having previously held roles as Senior Underwriter and Senior Vice President focusing on corporate and wholesale real estate risk. Prior to Citi, Alex worked at Deloitte & Touche from July 2008 to March 2020 as a Manager, where responsibilities included managing risk and capital projects for large financial institutions, leading project initiatives, and mentoring junior professionals. Earlier career experience includes roles as an Analyst at Fitch Ratings and a Capital Markets Intern at C-BASS. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford (2003-2007).
