Alicia Howard

Alicia Howard is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in control assessment and operations management. Currently serving as a Director at Citi since November 2011, Alicia leads the Governance and Oversight of the ICG Managers Control Assessment (MCA), focusing on standardized assessment processes and risk assessment guidelines. Previously, Alicia held the position of Senior Vice President and Global Line Control Head for Markets Operations at Citi, overseeing operations across various global markets. Alicia's earlier experience includes serving as a Director at UBS, where responsibilities involved managing teams for Prime Services Control, and as an Assistant Vice President at Credit Suisse, where duties included operations control oversight and developing training programs.
