Andrew Marane

Andrew Marane, CFE, CFCI, is currently the Director of Fraud Operations International at Citi and has over 20 years of experience in fraud and compliance investigation across the U.S., EMEA, and APAC. They have developed innovative fraud detection platforms and led teams focused on mitigating risks for FinTech, eCommerce, and social media sectors. Previously, they held key positions at organizations such as TripAdvisor, Microsoft, and Xoom Corporation, where they implemented analytical tools and strategies to combat fraud. Andrew also contributed significantly to the insurance industry as a Regional Special Investigations Analyst and was recognized for their achievements with awards from the National Insurance Crime Bureau and the International Association of Special Investigation Units.
